nucleargraduates was designed and created by the Nuclear Decommissioning Authority (NDA), the public body set up by the Government to ensure the safe, accelerated and affordable clean-up of the UK’s civil nuclear legacy.
Since 2010, nucleargraduates has been wholly funded by organisations across the nuclear industry, all of whom recognise the benefits of developing graduates with an awareness of the political and commercial aspects of the industry, as well as developing technical depth in your subject area.
As a graduate on the scheme, you will have a dedicated sponsor throughout the two years on the programme. They will work with you to develop personally and professionally, working towards a relevant chartered status and to develop the skills required to succeed in their organisation. On completion of the programme you will be offered a permanent role with your sponsor. The only exception to this are the NDA and RWML who are sponsoring the programme on behalf of the industry and will support you in finding a permanent role within it.
