What to expect
The nucleargraduates programme has been designed to give you the best training, the most interesting secondments and as much support as is possible.
For example, before each of the secondments, you’ll be given three weeks’ training to make sure you’re fully prepared. And after each secondment, there’ll be a period to talk about your experiences and ensure your skills are up to speed.
You can expect a lot from us. But we’ll expect a lot from you in return. In fact, you could say that the first project we’ll expect you to manage is…you.
We need graduates with flexibility, passion and commitment. While we’ll give you advice and support when you need it, you’ll need the ability to manage yourself and stay in control of your programme. That might mean organising your own accommodation while at our training centres or phoning ahead to introduce yourself to your future line manager. Show us this initiative and independence, and you can look forward to a great deal.
