Welcome to a scheme like no other.
A lot of graduate schemes lead you down a path that’s been well trod. A training module here. A mentorship there. But, as you’ll discover, nucleargraduates is remarkably different. It’s the most comprehensive graduate programme the energy industry has ever seen. It’s business, science and energy generation. It’s government, defence, the environment and more. And it’s more than twenty different organisations behind you.
The nucleargraduates scheme lasts for two experience-packed years. We’ve designed it to give you the best possible insight into this extraordinary industry, built around diverse placements and structured training. In the time you’re on the scheme, you’ll get to experience the entire sector - from governmental departments and industrial sites to the supply chain that keeps everything running smoothly.
So, how will you discover the different? Through a series of three 8 month secondments in the UK and around half our graduates will have the opportunity to do a 3 month placement abroad working with one of our global partners. All the while you'll be getting closer to achieving the status of a professional, working to standards and qualifications recognised the world over. In the end, it's all about finding which of a wealth of opportunities will suit you best.
