Day One

A warm welcome.

Your first day sees you arrive at the nucleargraduates training centre in the Lake District. Over the next few weeks you’ll embark on a robust programme of training in the areas relevant to your discipline.

This will involve group behavioural training and an introduction to project management. You’ll also get to know the other nucleargraduates in your group. Make sure you enjoy your time together – these will be your teammates for the next two years, and their support and friendship will prove invaluable.
