Secondments

Your two years on the programme are broken down into three distinct secondments, each based around at a different live project.

That means real deadlines and real customer expectations to meet.

Each secondment will be designed with your particular learning requirements in mind. Supporting you will be a personal Secondment Coordinator who will ensure the work you do matches the standards your individual professional qualifying body demands.

Essentially, we’ll be offering you the best mix of commercial, technical and management experience in some incredibly diverse work areas.

Importantly, before and after each secondment, you’ll return to the nucleargraduates training centre for preparation and debriefing.

We know that each nucleargraduate needs their time on the programme tailored to their particular skills and needs.

It means that no one experiences the same two years- and it’s hard to convey the variety of different routes you can take on the programme.

You might choose to specialise in one particular area of the industry, like defence. Or you could gain experience across the board and become a generalist.
