Building a strong foundation for your career.

We’re looking for graduates from all disciplines to join us in our engineering, science and commercial divisions. Join us as a nucleargraduate, you’ll work on a fixed-term two-year contract. If you are successful, at the end of the programme you will be offered a permanent role with your sponsoring organisation.

It’s not the typical graduate scheme experience. We’re not a graduate factory, producing identical people. Instead, we help you to gain the skills, experience and qualifications you need to get where you want to go. And that’s up to you and your unique talents.

At the heart of the programme are our secondments. Each of your UK-based secondments will be up to eight months long. If you are successful enough to secure an international secondment you will work for up to eight months with one of our global partners. You could work in the United States, Japan, France or even Sweden.
