Building a strong foundation for your career.

We’re looking for graduates from all disciplines to join us in our engineering, science and commercial divisions. Join us as a nucleargraduate, you’ll work on a fixed two year permanent contract. At the end of the programme, you’ll be given the opportunity to apply for a broad variety of roles in any one of the stakeholder companies and organisations that have come together to create this scheme.

It’s not the typical graduate scheme experience. We’re not a graduate factory, producing identical people. Instead, we help you to gain the skills, experience and qualifications you need to get where you want to go. And that’s up to you and your unique talents.

At the heart of the programme are our secondments. Each of your UK-based secondments will be eight months long.  The international secondment will see you work up to eight months with one of our global partners. You could work in the United States, Japan, France or even Sweden.
