nucleargraduates are based predominantly within the UK, with three secondments based in locations around Britain.  The UK sites are spread from Devonport Dockyard in Plymouth on the south coast to Dounreay in the North of Scotland.

You can expect that you will based in your sponsoring organisation for you first secondment understanding their business and culture and identifying which direction you want your career to go in when you return to them at the end of the programme.  Your second and third secondments will typically be in your sponsor’s supply chain or intelligent customer but you could also be working on policy with government, onsite decommissioning a nuclear power plant or supporting nuclear new build bids across the UK.
